The Artist’s Roadmap – Practical Strategies for a Career in Art
The brand new Delphian book
The Artist’s Roadmap
The new Delphian Gallery book

The Artist’s Roadmap is a pocket-sized career guide for early-career artists, written from our direct experience of working within the contemporary art world. We’re not into empty-optimism or gatekeeping, and so it’s a practical, honest book about what it really means to build and sustain a professional practice today.
We wrote this book as a follow up to our first publication Navigating The Art World: Professional Practice for the Early-Career Artist, which introduced artists to the systems, relationships, and frameworks that shape contemporary practice. The Artist’s Roadmap takes that conversation much further, focusing on practical strategies and professional conduct needed to foster ongoing relationships with your contemporaries and galleries, as well as the often invisible admin work that goes into sustaining an artistic career.
